摘　　要：将"立德树人"纳入高职院校教育教学工作的各个环节,是新时代提出的新使命。文章从学生个体发展、教师成长、课程改革、教育根本任务等角度阐述了高职院校实施"课程思政"改革的价值意义;提出落实"课程思政"改革的实施策略,包括"课程思政"改革中的建设机制、建设试点、教材编写、教师定位等,突出企业文化融入与工匠精神培育的职业教育特色,旨在构建思政课程和专业课程同向同行、协同育人的思想政治教育工作新格局。In the new era,it is the new mission of higher vocational education that"strengthen moral education and cultivate the talents"should be put into each step of teaching and learning.Beginning from the meaning of"ideological and political education elements integrated into curriculum",the essay expounds the value and importance of"ideological and political education elements integrated into curriculum"reform from student individual development,teachers'growth,curriculum reform and education fundamental task.It points out the implementation strategies of"ideological and political education elements integrated into curriculum",including reform system,reform experimental units,textbook compilation,teachers'orientation,emphasizes the characteristic of vocational education,such as enterprise culture and the craftsmanship spirit.Only by these ways can we construct a new pattern of ideological and political education in which ideological and political courses and professional courses share the same direction and educate people together.
