摘 要:为了实现负荷开关弹簧操作机构的故障诊断,建立了储能电机的动态仿真模型对储能电机电流和操作机构力矩关系进行了验证,同时进行了故障模拟试验,测量并分析了负荷开关操作机构分合闸弹簧卡涩、传动齿轮卡涩的储能电机电流的变化规律,并与正常情况下的结果进行了对比,研究了储能电机电流的特征量对操作机构状态的影响,并采用皮尔森相关系数法对特征量进行降维处理;针对负荷开关操作机构出现的主要故障问题,采用基于决策树的支持向量机实现对负荷开关正常状态、传动齿轮卡涩、储能弹簧卡涩的3种状态进行辨识。在电机电流的大量试验数据库的支撑下通过实验分析对上述负荷开关的故障诊断方法进行了验证,研究结果表明该方法能有效提取操作机构的故障特征,完成了对负荷开关储能操作机构相关部件的故障诊断。In order to realize the fault diagnosis of load switch spring operating mechanism,a dynamic simulation model of energy storage motor is established to verify the relationship between the current of the motor and the torque of the operating mechanism,at the same time,the fault simulation test is carried out,which measure and analyze the change law of the current of the energy storage motor of the load switch operating mechanism,the closing spring latch and the transmission gear cartridge.and compare with the results under normal circumstances,next the influ⁃ence of the characteristic quantity of the energy storage motor current on the state of the operating mechanism is stud⁃ied,and the feature quantity is reduced by the Pearson correlation coefficient method.Aiming at the main faults in the load switch operating mechanism,the decision tree⁃based support vector machine is used to identify the three states of the load switch normal state,the transmission gear cassette and the energy storage spring cassette.The fault diagnosis method of the above load switch was verified by experimental analysis under the support of a number of test databases of motor current.and the research results show that the method can effectively extract the fault characteris⁃tics of the operating mechanism and complete the fault diagnosis of the relevant components of the load switch energy storage operating mechanism.
