摘　　要：按照成都国际航空枢纽战略规划(2019—2035年),天府机场和双流机场将共同打造成都国际航空枢纽,"两场一体"航务管理工作将为其提供支撑。本文先对成都国际航空枢纽建设、"两场一体"运营及双流机场航务工作等基本情况进行介绍,再研判下一步"两场一体"航务工作可能存在的问题,重点从"两场一体"航务管理人力资源规划方面展开研究,建立人力资源规划原理过程,从7个方面逐项展开分析,提出2个方案,并对比方案各自的优缺点,最终给出相关建议,为成都"两场一体"航务工作奠定基础,以此促进成都国际航空枢纽建设以及四川民航业发展。According to the strategic plan for the Chengdu international aviation hub(2019-2035),the Tianfu Airport and the Shuangliu Airport will be jointly built into the Chengdu international aviation hub,and the"two in one"aviation management system will provide support for it.Firstly,this article introduces the construction of Chengdu international aviation hub,the operation of"two in one"and the aviation management work of the Shuangliu Airport.Secondly,it studies the possible problems which may exist in the next-stage"two in one"aviation mangement work with the aviation management human resources planning as the emphasis.It establishes the principle process of human resources planning,makes analysis in seven aspects,puts forward two schemes,compares their merits and demerits,and finally gives relevant suggestions.The research results lay the foundation for Chengdu’s"two in one"aviation management work and promotes the construction of Chengdu international aviation hub and civil aviation development in Sichuan.
