摘  要:现今高职院校“精细有机合成”课程仍以理论教学为主,难以满足国内精细化工企业对精细化工及应用化工类高职人才的实际需求。为培养出符合新形式需求的综合应用创新技能型人才,通过企业调研及分析论证,提出以产教融合、深化校企合作的方式进行课程建设和实施教学做一体化的教学模式,以加强教改力度和提高课程教学质量。Nowadays,the course of"Fine Organic Synthesis"in higher vocational colleges is still based on theoretical teaching,which is difficult to meet the actual needs of domestic fine chemical enterprises for high-level talents in fine chemicals and applied chemicals.In order to cultivate batches of comprehensive application of innovative skill-based talents that meet the needs of new forms,through enterprise research,analysis and argumentation,it is suggested that the teaching reform and the quality of course teaching can be improved only via the integration of production and education,deepening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and the integration of curriculum construction and implementation of teaching.
