摘 要:钱民辉教授的《多元文化与现代性教育之关系研究》从整体性视角出发,运用"意识三态观"理论框架对三个既有典型性又有一定代表性的少数民族社区教育进行了深入的人类学考察。从微观到宏观,从追溯历史到展望未来,作者全面深刻地展现了少数民族社区的社会完整图景,剖析了社区中教育发展的多层次且相互关联的关系。通过对国内外研究进行梳理和实地调查,客观、科学地揭示和解释了形成不同民族社区教育发展模式与差异的原因,并进一步尝试对民族社区教育进行理论探讨和理论建构;结合主位谈话法和客位阐释法,揭示了文化变迁过程中多元文化与现代性教育的矛盾及发展趋向,为多元文化与现代性教育的整合提供了理论依据,并在此基础上与时俱进地提出了"民族教育和谐论"的新理念。其学术特色与主要贡献:一是提供了多点民族志与主客位文化研究的典型案例;二是将教育人类学整体性视角与"意识三态观"理论框架有机结合;三是深入阐释和分析文化变迁中多元文化与现代性教育的冲突与和谐;四是创新性地探索了文化统一性与多元性整合的路径。Professor Qian Minhui's The research on the relationship between multiculturalism and modern education makes an in-depth anthropological study of the three typical and representative ethnic minority commu⁃nity education from the perspective of integrity,using the theoretical framework of"three state concept of con⁃sciousness".From the micro to the macro,from the history to the future,the author comprehensively and pro⁃foundly shows the social integrity of ethnic minority communities,and analyzes the multi-level and interrelated relationship of education development in communities.By combing the research domestic and abroad and investi⁃gating on the spot,this paper objectively and scientifically reveals and explains the reasons for the formation of the development patterns and differences of different ethnic community education,and further attempts to carry out theoretical discussion and construction of ethnic community education;combined with the theme talk method and the guest interpretation method,this paper reveals the contradiction between multicultural and modern edu⁃cation in the process of cultural change.The trend of development provides a theoretical basis for the integration of multi culture and modern education,and on this basis,puts forward a new concept of"ethnic education har⁃mony".Its academic characteristics and main contributions are as follows:first,it provides a typical case of multi-point ethnographic study of host and guest cultures;second,it combines the holistic perspective of Educa⁃tional Anthropology with the“three state concept of consciousness”;third,it deeply explains and analyzes the conflict and harmony between multi culture and modern education in cultural change;fourth,it explores the path of cultural unity and integration of multi culture innovatively.
