头电针联合语言训练治疗脑卒中运动性失语的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究头电针同时进行语言训练对脑卒中运动性失语患者语言功能的影响。方法:选择2018年3月~2019年6月在本院进行治疗的脑卒中运动性失语患者40例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(20例)和观察组(20例)。对照组给予常规语言训练,观察组头电针同时进行语言训练。头电针治疗选取运动区下2/5、百会、语言区等穴位。每次30min,每周5次,共治疗3周。治疗前和治疗3周后采用西方失语成套测验评价语言功能。结果:治疗后两组患者在自发语、听理解、复述、命名、AQ总分方面均有不同程度的提高,观察组高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:头电针同时进行语言训练能明显改善脑卒中运动性失语患者语言功能,疗效优于单用语言训练。Objective:To study the effect of simultaneous scalp electro acupuncture and language training on the language function of patients with stroke motor aphasia.Method:Forty patients w ith stroke aphasia w ho w ere treated in our hospital from M arch 20 to June 2019 w ere enrolled in the study.They w ere randomly divided into the control group(20 cases)and the observation group(20 cases).The control group w as given regular language training,and the group of electro acupuncture w as observed at the same time for language training.The first electro acupuncture treatment selects acupuncture points such as 2/5,Baihui,and language area under the exercise area.Each time 30 minutes,5 times a w eek,3 w eeks’treatment in total.Western language aphasia test w as used to evaluate language function before the treatment as w ell as after 3 w eeks’treatment.Result:After treatment,the control group and the observation group had different degrees of improvement in spontaneous language,listening comprehension,retelling,naming,and AQ total scores.The observation group had more significant improvement than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference w as significant.Conclusion:Simultaneous language training w ith head electro acupuncture can significantly improve the language function of patients w ith stroke aphasia,and the curative effect is better than conventional language training.
