摘　　要：农民培训意义重大,关涉新时期我国脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴国家战略的成功推进。在贫困县域,县域行政科层组织、民办成人职业培训机构以及县级职教中心三个行动主体基于各自的行动逻辑形塑农民培训场域的独特结构关系。但是,在不同行动逻辑的干预下,县级职教中心在县域农民培训场域中往往处于“被动执行”“有意规避”以及“主体缺场”的边缘化的秩序状态之中。在新时期,贫困地区县级职教中心应从边缘走向中心,建设成为县域农民培训场域的枢纽型平台,而这需要转换、优化、创新县域农民培训治理的理念、体制与机制。The farmers’training is of great significance in the successful promotion of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in the new era.In poverty-stricken areas,the three main actors of the county administrative bureaus,the private adult vocational training institutions and the county-level vocational education center shape the unique structural relationship of the rural farmers’training.However,under the intervention of different action logic,thecounty-levelvocational education centers are in a marginalized state of"passive implementation","intentional avoidance"and"field-lacking subject"in the farmers’training field.In the new era,county-level vocational education centers in poverty-stricken areas should move from the margin to the center and become the"hub-type platform"of the farmers’training.It is necessary to transform,optimize and innovate the conception,system and mechanism of governing the county-levelfarmers’training.
