摘 要:基于新高考选考在改革试点中引发的问题,尝试从基于标准的等级考试角度分析产生问题的原因。梳理基于标准的等级考试的发端与发展,探讨基于标准的等级考试的内涵、特征以及在测评和教学方面的优势,提出对我国高考改革的3点启示:1)将基于标准的等级考试引入高考选考科目;2)高校招生录取可采用先“跨栏”再“拼盘”的方式;3)基于课程标准构建选考科目标准,促进基于核心素养的教学。Based on the problems emerging from the reform of new college entrance examination in pilot areas,this paper tries to analyze the root of the problems from the perspective of standards-based grade examination.It combs and analyzes the origin and development of the standards-based grade examination and discusses its connotation,key characteristics and the advantages in both evaluation and teaching.Further,three suggestions to solve the problems in the reform of the college entrance examination are put forward:1)to introduce standards-based grade examination into Academic Proficiency Test for elective subjects;2)to change the way of college enrollment combined with hurdle-type admission first and then platter-style admission;3)to construct criterion reference for elective subjects aligned with curriculum standards to promote the instruction aligned with core competences.
