新时代高校大学生党性教育现状与对策

摘　　要：新时代背景下,高校大学生在思想和行为上呈现出自身独有的特征,促进大学生党性教育质量的提升,是高校基层党建工作面临的新要求和新挑战。该文通过问卷调查和访谈方式对湖南岳阳三所高校的在校生进行调研,了解大学生党员在党性修养、理想信念、党性教育内容、党性教育方式以及信息化在党性教育中的应用等方面的现状,从科学定位培养理念、探索创新教育方式、构建教育质量保证体系和增强教育的针对性四个方面提出提升大学生党性教育实效性的相关对策。Under the background of the new era,college students is with unique characteristics in their thoughts and behavior.How to improve the quality of Party spirit education for students is a new requirement and challenge for the Party construction at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities.The students in three local colleges and universities were investigated in questionnaire survey and interview that aims at grasping the current situation including Party spirit ideals,beliefs,content and education method and the application of informatization in Party spirit education.Then,the existing problems are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures from these aspects of positioning the educational concept reasonably,rebuilding the methods of education,constructing the educational quality guarantee system and enhancing the pertinence of education are put forward in this paper.
