摘　　要：突破性创新以实现企业生产技术的根本性改变和市场模式的颠覆性更新为目标,并能有效提升组织的市场地位和盈利能力。尽管已有研究对突破性创新的驱动机制进行了有益探索,但并未明确解释作为突破性创新基础的异质性知识的来源问题。基于此,依据资源基础理论和领导特质理论,本文建立了跨界搜索对突破性创新的影响模型,探究了知识整合的中介作用以及管理者机会敏锐性的调节作用,并以先进制造企业为研究对象,采用AMOS 21.0和Smart PLS 3.0对调查所得的284份问卷数据进行实证分析。结果表明:前瞻性跨界搜索和追随性跨界搜索对知识整合均有显著的正向影响;知识整合对突破性创新有显著的正向影响;知识整合在前瞻性跨界搜索与突破性创新的关系中起部分中介作用,在追随性跨界搜索与突破性创新的关系中起完全中介作用;管理者机会敏锐性正向调节知识整合对突破性创新的影响。研究结论为企业的突破性创新活动提供理论支持和实践指导。Breakthrough innovation,aiming at realizing the fundamental change of production technology and the disruptive update of market patterns,can promote the firm’s market position and profitability.Although there are some beneficial explorations of the driving mechanism of breakthrough innovation,the problem of the source about heterogeneous knowledge which is the basis of breakthrough innovation has not been explained explicitly.Therefore,it established a model based on the resource-based theory to investigate the impact of boundary-spanning search on breakthrough innovation,the mediating roles of knowledge integration and entrepreneur’s opportunity alertness were examined.Taking advanced manufacturing firms as the research objects,it got 284 surveys to perform the analyses by AMOS 21.0 and Smart PLS 3.0.The results show that proactive boundary-spanning search and following boundaryspanning search have positive influence on knowledge integration,and knowledge integration has a positive effect on breakthrough innovation.Moreover,the effect of proactive boundary-spanning search on breakthrough innovation is partially mediated by knowledge integration,and the effect of following boundary-spanning search on breakthrough innovation is completely mediated by knowledge integration.The findings furtherly demonstrate that the effect of knowledge integration on breakthrough innovation is positively moderated by the entrepreneur’s opportunity alertness.The conclusions provide theoretical support and practical guidance for firms to achieve breakthrough innovation.
