摘　　要：侧踹腿技术在散打竞技比赛运用中,以速度、力量、防守为特点,具有灵活多变,命中率高,进可攻击,退可阻击等技术风格,在散打比赛中是取胜的优势技法。侧踹腿就是其中具有代表性的一类腿法技术,针对散打侧踹腿的训练提出一些应用方法,为提高侧踹腿教学训练提供了理论参考。As applying side-kick in free-combat athletics competition,it is characterized by high-speed,great-force,unease-defense.Through this,people can attack the opponent’s head to the high,chest to the middle and legs to the bottom.It has the style of flexibility,high hit ratio,forward to attack and back to defend.It’s a superior skill in free-combat competition.Side-kick stands as the most representative leg technique in the field.The essay proposes some applying methods in the training of side-kick in free-combat,and provides a theory reference to improve it.
