摘　　要："继续教育是面向学校教育之后所有社会成员特别是成人的教育活动,是终身学习体系的重要组成部分"。医疗机构员工通过继续教育提升学历、操作技能、思想政治素质及岗位变换的应变能力,是医疗机构综合实力建设,提升核心竞争力的紧迫要求。非技术员工作为医疗机构员工队伍的组成部分,其继续教育问题缺少重视,综合素质、岗位能力偏低等系列问题制约了员工素质提升,对医学健康服务水平产生影响。因此分析解决非技术员工继续教育的相关问题,对落实"大健康"理念,推进"健康中国战略",保障国民全方位健康需要意义显著。“Continuing education is an educational activity for all members of society after school education,especially for adults,and is an important part of the lifelong learning system”.Staff of medical institutions improve their academic qualifications,operational skills,ideological and political quality and adaptability to changing positions through continuing education,which is an urgent requirement for medical institutions to build up their comprehensive strength and enhance their core competitiveness.As an important part of the staff of medical institutions,the continuing education of non-technical staff lack due attention and attention,which restricts the improvement of the overall quality of staff and affects the level of medical health services.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze and solve the problems related to the continuing re-education of non-technical staff in order to implement the concept of“reat health”,promote the“healthy China strategy”and ensure the all-round health of the people.
