摘  要:目的研究妇产科临床教学过程中采取PBL教学方法的价值。方法采用抽签方法将2017年2月-2019年5月的50名本医院妇产科实习学生分成2个组别,各组收入25名,试验组采取PBL教学方法,对照组采取传统教学方法,研究各组指标。结果试验组基础理论知识方面考试成绩、临床病例分析方面考试成绩、临床实践操作方面考试成绩、对引发学习兴趣满意人数、对文献搜集能力满意人数、对问题研究能力满意人数、对授课前预习能力满意人数、对加强沟通能力满意人数、对教学方式及效果满意人数多于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在妇产科临床教学过程中选用PBL教学方法体现较好教学效果。Objective To study the value of PBL in clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 50 obstetrics and Gynecology students from February 2017 to May 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups by drawing lots,with 25 students in each group.PBL teaching method was used in the experimental group and traditional teaching method was used in the control group to study the indicators of each group.Results The test results of basic theoretical knowledge,clinical case analysis,clinical practice and operation,the number of people who are satisfied with learning interest,the number of people who are satisfied with literature collection ability,the number of people who are satisfied with problem research ability,the number of people who are satisfied with preview ability before teaching,the number of people who are satisfied with strengthening communication ability,the number of people who are satisfied with teaching method and effect.The number of patients was more than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method is better in the clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics.
