摘　　要：根据医药行业的发展及行业岗位工作任务对人才的知识技能素质规格要求,围绕高职高专药学专业核心职业能力和素养,基于校企协同育人机制,按照系统论思想构建药学专业实践教学体系,包括"二横二纵三层"目标体系、"二交替三层次四领域"立体化内容体系、三维评价体系和多重保障体系。According to the development of the pharmaceutical industry and the requirements for knowledge,skills and specifications of talents in the tasks of the industry,based on the core professional ability and literacy of the pharmacy specialty in vocational colleges and universities,and cooperative education mechanism between schools and enterprises,the pharmacy practice teaching system is constructed in accordance with the system theory.It includes“two horizontal,two vertical and three layers”target system,the“two alternating,three levels and four fields”three-dimensional content system,three-dimensional evaluation system and multiple guarantee systems.
