摘 要:为了减轻螺旋桨重量,控制生产成本,从材料对强度影响的角度进行桨的轻量化设计。研究了船级社规范中材料性能与强度的关系,以及不同性能铜合金对螺旋桨设计重量和水动力性能的影响。采用CFD和有限元相结合的单向流固耦合法对不同性能铜合金桨叶的应力-应变进行比较分析。结果表明,常用的船级社规范的桨叶强度校核对同一种材料不同性能的差异考虑较少,因此其对桨叶设计质量影响较小,但桨毂设计在压容量计算中计入了材料屈服强度的影响,尺寸可进行较大优化设计,减重收益可观。同时铜合金性能的提高,亦能够提高桨叶的安全系数,进一步提高了万箱集装箱船螺旋桨的强度安全性能。In order to reduce the cost of production,the lightweight design of the propeller is carried out.Relationship between the material and its strength in different rules is studied.Fluid-structure coupled method is applied to calculate stress and deformation of the blade for different materials of Cu3.The results indicate that the performance difference among materials of the same metal is small,so the weight of the blade is influenced slightly.However,because yield strength of the material is considered in the stress calculation,hub dimensions should be optimized and its weight could be reduced.Performance improvement of the copper alloy will increase the safety coefficient of blade strength,as well as enhance the propeller strength safety for ten thousand container vessels.
