混合式教学模式在高职“饭店英语”课程中的应用研究

摘　　要：混合式教学模式是以学生为主体,依托现代信息技术等多媒体辅助手段的一种新型教学模式。混合式教学模式被用于高职专业英语教学中,不仅能提升学生学习积极性和主动性,还能进一步优化课堂教学效果和教学质量。以唐山工业职业技术学院高职饭店英语混合式课堂教学设计为例,探索提升教学效果的现代化专业英语的教学新模式。The blended teaching mode is a mode with students as the main body,adopting diversified teaching methods,using modern information technology and other multimedia AIDS and combining with the traditional classroom.The hybrid teaching mode is applied to the English teaching in higher vocational colleges,which improve their enthusiasm and initiative as well as further optimizes the classroom teaching effect.The paper takes the design of hotel English as an example to explore a new model of modern English teaching.
