摘 要:以冲压工艺与模具设计课程中垫圈类零件冲裁模拆装为例,采用任务驱动下的教学做一体化的教学模式,运用任务驱动、演示操作、小组讨论、分组指导等多种教学方法,从教学分析、教学策略、教学实施及教学效果等方面探讨如何运用信息化手段优化冲裁模拆装教学设计,解决教学重难点、提升学生学习的主动性,促进学生职业素养及能力提升,推动教学改革,提高教学效果,以更好地推动课程改革。Taking the punching die disassembly and assembly of Washer parts in the course of stamping technology and die design as a case,this paper adopts the task-driven teaching as an integrated teaching model,using a variety of teaching methods such as task-driven,demonstration,group discussion,group guidance,etc.,from the aspects of teaching analysis,teaching strategy,teaching implementation and teaching effect,this paper probes into how to optimize the teaching design of blanking die disassembly and assembly by means of Information Technology,solve the teaching difficulties and enhance the students’initiative in learning,to promote students’professional quality and ability,to promote teaching reform,to improve teaching effect,to better promote curriculum reform.
