摘　　要：《国家职业教育改革实施方案》要求各地各校探索创新实训基地运营模式。采取运营管理思维指导实训基地建设与管理,需要将企业运营管理的理论联系到实训基地的管理,明确实训基地运营管理的内涵。从解决当前实训基地管理所面临主要问题的角度,说明实训基地运营管理对于提高实训基地管理水平的意义。分析当前实训基地运营管理的3种基本组织形态。The Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform requires schools everywhere to explore and innovate the operating model of the practical training base.To take operational management thinking to guide the construction and management of the practical training base,we need to analyze the connotation of the operation management thinking of the practical training base.This connotation can be obtained by linking the theory of enterprise operation management with the management of the practical training base.From the perspective of solving the main problems faced by the current practical training base management,it is of significance to analyze and explain the significance of adopting operational management to improve the management level of the practical training base.Analysis of the current operation and management of the practical training base three basic organization forms.
