摘  要:以全蚕粉为研究对象,探讨蚕品种、干燥方法、灭菌方法、脱脂方法等对全蚕粉中主要活性物质1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-DNJ)的影响。结果表明,菁松全蚕粉的1-DNJ含量最高;蚕粉干燥方法以5龄幼蚕饥饿24 h、-40℃冷冻干燥或100℃烘干较佳,微波长时间干燥最差,但干燥蚕粉用微波短时间灭菌处理对1-DNJ含量影响不大。为提高生产效率,生产上应采用菁松蚕品种,饲喂至5龄第3天,饥饿24 h排空肠道,冷冻干燥制成全蚕粉,同时进行脱脂、离心、80℃烘干处理,微波灭菌3 min,有利于全蚕粉高品质保存、产业化利用等。Taking the whole silkworm powder as research object,the effects of processing methods on the main active substances such as 1-deoxy nojirimycin(1-DNJ)were analyzed from drying,sterilization and degreasing factors,and the suitable silkworm varieties,drying methods,sterilization methods and degreasing methods were discussed.The results showed that the 1-DNJ content of Jingsong was the highest.For different drying methods of silkworm powder,starvation of 5-instar silkworm for 24 hours,intestinal emptying,-40℃freeze drying or 100℃drying were better,and microwave drying for a long time was the worst.But the sterilization treatment of dried silkworm powder with microwave for a short time had little effect on 1-DNJ content.In order to improve the production efficiency,the silkworm variety Jingsong should be selected to be fed to the 3 rd day of the 5 th instar,and the intestinal tract should be emptied after starvation for 24 hours,then the whole silkworm powder was prepared after freeze drying;after degreasing,centrifugation,80℃drying and microwave sterilization for 3 min,the high quality whole silkworm powder could be preserved for industrial use.
