摘 要:目的为了让学生能更好地掌握血液科常见优势病种的诊疗,在血液科临床实习带教中严格遵守PBL结合临床教学病例讨论制度,以便更好提高各级学员的临床综合能力。方法将血液科实习生随机分为PBL结合临床教学病例讨论评估组和常规教学组,在轮科结束后以调查问卷形式比较2组教学方法的满意度;以书面考试成绩来评价2组教学成绩差异。结果评估组问卷满意度调查及教学成绩的结果均优于常规组。结论 PBL结合临床教学病例讨论制度在血液科临床实习中地位突出,所获取的教学效果优于常规教学组。Objective In order to let students have a better grasp of the diagnosis and treatment of common dominant diseases in hematology department,PBL combinated with the clinical teaching case discussion system should be strictly observed in clinical practice teaching in hematology department so as to improve the clinical comprehensive ability of students at all levels.Methods Interns in hematology department were randomly divided into two groups:PBL evaluation group and routine teaching group.The satisfaction of the two groups was compared by questionnaire after rotation.The difference of teaching achievement between two groups was evaluated by written test results.Results The results of the evaluation group were better than those of the routine teaching group.Conclusion PBL combined with clinical teaching case discussion system plays an important role in clinical practice of hematology department,and the teaching effect is better than that of routine teaching group.
