现代学徒制背景下高职物流管理专业“线上+线下”教学模式的实践研究

摘　　要：现代学徒制是高职院校人才培养模式之一,旨在将传统的企业学徒和现代职业教育有机融合。目前,现代学徒制仍处于摸索阶段,教学理论尚不成熟,"校企共建、协同育人"的优势尚未凸显,"线下+线下"教学模式为高职现代学徒制提供了新的教学途径。本文主要探讨在现代学徒制人才培养模式下,如何科学有效地实施"线上+线下"教学手段,推动现代学徒制的进一步发展。Modern apprenticeship is one of the talent training modes in higher vocational colleges,aiming to integrate traditional enterprise apprenticeship with modern vocational education.At present,the modern apprenticeship is still in the exploratory stage,the teaching theory is not mature,the advantage of“school-enterprise co-construction and collaborative education”has not been highlighted,so“online+offline”teaching mode provides a new teaching approach for the modern apprenticeship in higher vocational education.This paper mainly discusses how to scientifically and effectively implement the“Online+offline”teaching means to promote the further development of modern apprenticeship under the modern apprenticeship talent training mode.
