摘　　要：高等职业教育人才输送应当与社会经济发展的人才需求紧密衔接,随着供给侧结构性改革迫使高等职业教育专业结构进行优化与创新。通过对甘肃省高等职业教育专业现状及其存在问题的探讨,结合全省经济发展产业调整的人才需求情况,提出了甘肃省高等职业教育专业结构优化路径。改进教改机制,增强动态管理;调整专业设置,增强就业需求;推进一专多能,增强学科互动;深化专业实践,增强校企对接。The cultivation of talents in higher vocational education should be closely linked with the talent demand of social and economic development.With the structural reform of the supply side,the professional structure of higher vocational education should be optimized and innovated.Based on the discussion of the current situation and existing problems of higher vocational education in Gansu,combined with the talent demand of the adjustment of economic development industry in Gansu,this paper puts forward the optimization path of the structure of higher vocational education in Gansu.We should improve the mechanism of educational reform,strengthen dynamic management,adjust the setting of specialties,enhance the demand for employment,promote one specialty and multiple abilities,enhance the interaction of disciplines,deepen professional practice,and enhance the connection between schools and enterprises.
