摘 要:目的:探讨多种教学方法相结合在《医患沟通学》理论授课和实践教学的应用效果。方法:对《医患沟通》理论教学的三个模块(人际关系和医患关系相关理论基础、人际沟通相关理论与技巧、医患沟通相关理论与技巧),进行PBL教学、CBL教学、情景教学等多种教学方法相结合教学形式,同时进行阶段式考核,对考核结果进行分析。结果:多种教学方法能够激发学生学习兴趣,调动学生主观能够性,培养学生的综合能力;79.2%的学生认为该课程“提高了其对医患沟通的理解”,86.3%认为“提高了实践技能”,课程的整体满意度为91.2%。结论:多种教学方法有助于学生真正掌握沟通技能,有利于提高课程满意度和沟通能力。Objective:This paper discussed the application effect of various teaching methods in doctor-patient communication teaching and practice teaching.Methods:The theoretical teaching of the course is divided into three modules(theoretical basis of interpersonal relationship and doctor-patient relationship,theories and skills of interpersonal communication,and theories and skills of doctor-patient communication).PBL teaching,CBL teaching,situational teaching and other teaching methods are combined with teaching forms,and the assessment is conducted in stages.ResuIts:A variety of teaching methods can stimulate students'interest in learning,mobilize their subjective ability,and cultivate their comprehensive ability.79.2%of the students thought the course"improved their understanding of doctor-patient communication",86.3%thought it"improved practical skills",and the overall satisfaction of the course was 91.2%.ConcIusion:A variety of teaching methods help students to really master the communication skills,is conducive to improve the course satisfaction communication ability.
