摘　　要：针对当前职业院校对顶岗实习学生无法真正做到全过程有效管理的问题,提出"借信息化管理手段,创顶岗实习管理新模式"的做法:建立职责分明、各司其职的规范化组织体系,建立全程跟踪、动态管理的有效管理体系,建立信息准确、评价全面的科学评价体系,建立资料完整、便于归档的全面分析体系。实践证明,这是符合发展需要的创新举措,确保了顶岗实习的顺利进行,对技术技能人才培养质量的提高大有裨益。In view of the problem that the current vocational colleges can’t really manage the whole process of post practice students effectively, this paper puts forward the measure that "creating a new mode of post practice management by the means of informatization management": establishing standardization organization system with clear responsibilities;establishing effective management system with all-the-way tracking and dynamic management, setting up comprehensive scientific evaluation system with accurate information, setting up comprehensive analysis system easy to archive that information is complete. The practice has proved that it is an innovative measure in line with the development needs, which ensures the smooth implementation of post practice and is of great benefit to the improvement of the training quality of technical and skilled talents.
