摘　　要：深入了解社会对药品经营与管理专业人才的需求状况,为人才培养提供建议。面向药品经营与管理专业毕业生和用人单位开展问卷调查,建议应调整专业招生计划;拓宽就业面,树立职业规划意识;增加实践机会;注重综合素质培养;对接职业技能标准;深化校企合作,提升外聘教师教学质量;调整课程体系,适应岗位所需。Deeply understand the social demand of talents in drug management major, to provide suggestions for the cultivation of talents. Questionnaire survey was conducted for graduates majoring in drug management and their employers. The enrollment plan for drug management majors should be adjusted;broaden the employment area, and establish the consciousness of career planning;increase practice opportunities;pay attention to the cultivation of comprehensive quality;match occupational skill standards;deepen school-enterprise cooperation and improve the teaching quality of external teachers;adjust the curriculum system to meet the requirements of the post.
