中俄跨文化传播传媒人才培养合作背景与路径

摘　　要：中俄两国在媒体领域的联系加强,需要大量具备跨文化传播能力的传媒人才,中俄高校合作培养传媒人才有良好的合作背景,具备一定的可行性,中俄高校需要在这样的交流契机下达成共识,通过市场化的专业设置、共建师资培训计划、推进开放式课程资源共享、借地域优势以文化外交拓办学层次方面,寻找到人才联合培养的路径,共同培养具备国际视野和跨文化传播能力的传媒人才。Nowadays,a large number of media talent with trans-cultural communication ability are needed along with the strengthened ties between China and Russia in the field of media.Sino-Russian cooperation in training media talents has certain feasibility on the university level due to the favorable background of cooperation.Therefore,Chinese and Russian universities need to reach a consensus under such opportunities for exchanges.For jointly training media talents with international vision and trans-cultural communication ability,the follow paths are suggested:taking market-oriented professional setting,jointly constructing training programs for teaching staff,promoting the sharing of open curriculum resources,taking regional advantages,and expanding the school-running level with cultural diplomacy.
