摘　　要：本文介绍了乳品行业加工生产的特点和方式,并通过工程应用系统介绍了氨直接式过冷水动态冰浆系统在乳品行业的应用优势。氨直接式动态冰浆系统属于国内新研发产品,在乳品行业的应用属于国内首次。利用其蓄冷功能,直接式动态冰浆系统解决了乳品行业0~2℃的低温冰水和5~8℃的高温冷水混用的难题,进一步提高了冰水利用效率。利用动态冰浆系统制冷与用冷分离的特点,直接式动态冰浆系统制冷主机24 h平均能效比比常规冰水系统提高25.0%~35.5%,极大地降低了乳品行业的生产成本。The characteristics and methods of dairy industry processing and production,and the advantages of dynamic ice slurry system in dairy industry through engineering application system are introduced in this article.The ammonia direct dynamic ice slurry system is a newly developed product in China,and its application in dairy industry is the first time in China。Using its cold storage function,the problem of mixing 0-2℃low temperature ice water and 5-8℃high temperature cold water in dairy industry is solved by the direct dynamic ice slurry system,and the utilization efficiency of ice water is further improved.The 24 h energy efficiency ratio of direct dynamic ice slurry system is 25.0%-35.5%higher than that of conventional ice water system,which greatly reduces the production cost of dairy industry.
