摘　　要：为了提高批量生产的井下旋转导向液压驱动模块工作特性和工作稳定性测试的有效性,设计开发了全自动测试系统;基于模块化总线型思想,测试系统硬件采用主控制器和分布式IO模块,研发的全自动测试系统可实现同时对多达6套液压驱动模块的关键参数进行自动连续测试功能,测试软件允许自定义测试步骤,自动加载特定规律的负载,记录测试过程的采样数据,自动判别测试结果,减少了人为因素的干扰,测试流程全面、规范,可以有效筛选出满足井下恶劣环境下的旋转导向液压驱动模块。In order to improve the effectiveness of the test of working characteristics and working stability of the hydraulic drive module of the rotary steering system,an automatic test system is designed and developed.Based on the idea of modularized bus,the hardware of test system adopts main controller and distributed IO module.Up to six sets of hydraulic drive module can be tested at the same time on the automatic test system.Custom can design testing procedures in test software.The specific load is loaded auto automatic.Software can record the test process of sampling data,automatically recognize the test result,reduces the human factors of interference.The test process is comprehensive,standardized.Therefore,it can effectively screen out rotary steering hydraulic drive modules that meet the harsh environment of the well.
