摘 要:制动系统性能的好坏直接影响到机械设备运行的可靠性和安全性,现有技术中的制动系统在对电机进行制动的过程中往往无法实现稳定的同步制动,由此出现噪声过大的问题,严重时会影响制动器的安全性能和工业作业效率,本文设计了一种电机同步制动系统,使其在电磁铁盘的吸附下使其同步制动制动盘,制动效果良好,并且噪声小,性能得到优化。The performance of the braking system directly affects the reliability and safety of the operation of mechanical equipment.The braking system in the prior art often fails to achieve stable synchronous braking during the braking of the motor,resulting in the problem of excessive noise.In severe cases it can affect the safety and operational efficiency of industrial brakes.In this paper,a motor synchronous brake system is designed to make it synchronously brake the brake disc under the adsorption of the electromagnet disc.The braking effect is good,the noise is low,and the performance is optimized.
