摘 要:为了探明新型茶叶干燥设备茶叶复干机在日照绿茶加工过程中的应用效果,以传统加工工艺为对照,研究复干机干燥对日照绿茶感官品质和主要内含成分的影响,对比分析不同干燥设备的加工效率。结果表明,采用茶叶复干机加工日照绿茶的整体品质特征与传统工艺接近,可达到烘干机和滚炒设备的作业效果。其优势在于,能够明显降低成品茶的碎茶率,提升茶叶品质,使外形条索更加紧结,色泽更加绿润;产量达60 kg/h以上,可节省人工3人,极大提高了生产效率,降低了劳动成本。In order to explore the application effect of the new type of re-drying machine in the processing of Rizhao green tea,using traditional processing technology as the control,the effect of tea re-drying machine on the sensory quality and main components of Rizhao green tea was studied,and the processing efficiency of different drying equipment was compared.The results showed that the overall quality characteristics of Rizhao green tea processed by tea re-drying machine were similar to those of the traditional technology,and could achieve the working effect of dryer and rolling-frying equipments.Its advantages were that it could significantly reduce the broken tea rate,improve the tea quality,make the shape of tea more tighter,and the color more green.The output was more than 60 kg/h which could save 3 workers,greatly improve the production efficiency and reduced the labor cost.
