摘 要:当前,文化在高职专业建设中的缺位已成常态,失去"文化"的专业,很难培养出深具人文精神和职业精神的高素质职业人才。如何在"双高计划"背景下,以中国特色高水平专业建设为契机,加强专业文化内涵建设,提升"文化育人"在人才培养中的地位,值得思考。从"引领性""融合性""传承性""创新性"等四个维度,展开对专业文化建设路径的探讨,以期能为丰富专业文化内涵,强化专业文化育人实践提供借鉴。At present,the lack of culture in the specialty construction of higher vocational colleges has become common.A specialty without culture can hardly cultivate high-quality professional talents with humanistic spirit and professional ethics.It is worth thinking how to strengthen specialty cultural connotation construction and enhance the status of"cultural education"in talents cultivation under the background of“Two High-level Plans”,taking the construction of high-level specialty with Chinese characteristics as an opportunity.This paper probes into the construction path for specialty culture from the four aspects of"guidance","integration","inheritance"and"innovation",hoping to find out some references for enriching specialty cultural connotation and improving the practice of education through specialty culture.
