安徽省公办企业办学高职院校经费保障存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：安徽省公办企业办学高职院校仍面临生均拨款政策难以落实、教育经费投入不足、国家税费优惠政策未得到有效执行等诸多问题。基于对安徽省公办企业办学高职院校经费保障情况的调研,提出解决安徽省公办企业办学高职经费不足问题的几点建议,如推进职业院校办学体制改革,建立经费多元筹措机制;探索混合所有制改革,拓宽教育经费投入渠道;加大对企业办高职的扶持力度,让生均拨款政策真正落地。Higher vocational colleges run by state-owned enterprises in Anhui are still facing many problems,for example,the policy of per-student education fund allotment is not fully implemented,the education input is not sufficient,the national tax preferential policy is not effectively carried out,and so on.Based on the investigation on the fund guarantee of higher vocational colleges run by state-owned enterprises in Anhui Province,some suggestions are put forward to solve the problems,such as promoting the reform on the school-running system in these colleges and establishing a mechanism to collect education fund in diversified ways;exploring a reform of mixed ownership system to extend the fund collection channels;fully implementing the policy of per-student education fund allotment by soliciting more support from the government.
