罗尔斯正义理论中的基本结构与基本善

摘　　要：罗尔斯将基本结构视作正义的首要主题,而基本结构的主要功能是对基本善进行分配。无论是最初被界定为“理性人的普遍欲求”,还是后来被修正为“自由平等的公民追求最高阶利益的条件”,基本善都有着不可或缺的重要性。由于基本善的分配方式是由基本结构决定的,因此,要实现对基本善的公平分配,就必须对基本结构进行合理安排。通过对基本结构与基本善这两个重要理念及其关系的探讨,有助于理解罗尔斯为什么将基本结构视作正义的首要主题,并且能够引领我们去探察罗尔斯正义理论的最终旨归。The basic structure was regarded as the subject of justice by Rawls,and the main function of the basic structure is distributing primary goods.Primary goods are indispensably important,whether be defined as“universal desire of rational men”at first or“conditions for free and equal citizens to pursue their highest-order interest”later.Since the different arrangements of the basic structure result in different distribution modes of primary goods,the fair distribution of primary goods requires reasonable arrangement of the basic structure.We can not only be contributed to understand why Rawls regarded the basic structure as the fundamental subject of justice,but also be led to explore the ultimate purpose of Rawls theory of justice,by discussing the two important ideas and their relations.
