摘  要:现代医学发展迅速,新疆医科大学留学生实验诊断学的教学应适应国内外医学的快速发展并满足临床的诊断需求。建立一整套适合的教学模式是保证留学生实验诊断学教学质量的关键。因此,本文在总结以往教学经验的基础上,结合实际工作从“培养双语师资力量、提高教师专业水平、转变教学模式、理论学习与实际工作相结合和改变留学生评价体系”等方面展开分析,积极探索教学模式,以期提高新疆医科大学医学留学生实验诊断学的教学质量,同时为留学生实验诊断学教学模式的制定提供经验。Modern medicine is developing rapidly.The teaching of experimental diagnostics for foreign students of Xinjiang Medical University should adapt to the rapid development of medicine at home and abroad and meet the needs of clinical diagnosis.Establishing a set of suitable teaching models is the key to ensuring the teaching quality of international students'laboratory diagnostics.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing the previous teaching experience,this article analyzes from the aspects of"cultivating bilingual teachers,improving teachers'professional standards,changing teaching models,combining theoretical learning with practical work and changing the evaluation system for foreign students",etc.Exploring the teaching model,with a view to improving the teaching quality of experimental diagnostics for international medical students of Xinjiang Medical University,and at the same time providing experience for the development of the teaching model of experimental diagnostics for international students.
