加强对于抑郁大学生的服务和支持——以某工科院校为例

摘　　要：为更深入理解并把握抑郁大学生的特点,促进对于抑郁大学生的服务和支持,通过访谈辅导员搜集31名抑郁大学生相关资料,分析其发病原因、治疗情况以及康复情况。结果发现:抑郁大学生被诊断时所伴随的应激事件以学业压力和宿舍矛盾为主;大学一年级学生以及女大学生出现抑郁状况的比例更高;近一半的学生会选择休学治疗,不足1/4的学生接受了系统的药物治疗;大学里较完备的辅导资源和支持系统有助于抑郁大学生的康复。In order to deeply understand and grasp the characteristics of depressed college students and promote the service and support for the depressed college students,the data of 31 depressed college students were collected through the interview with students'instructors,and the incidence,treatment and rehabilitation of the students were analyzed.The results showed that the stress events associated with the diagnosis of depression were mainly academic stress and dormitory conflict;depression rates were higher in freshmen and among female college students;nearly half of the students would choose to leave school for treatment while fewer than a quarter of them received systematic drug treatment;comprehensive counseling resources and supporting system in the colleges were essential for the rehabilitation of depressed college students.
