摘　　要：分析自贸区建设对复合型技术技能人才的需求,并从产教结构、人才培养层次、办学条件、校企合作等方面分析人才匮乏成因,提出自贸区复合型技术技能人才培养路径和具体举措。This paper analyzes the demand of compound,technical and skilled talents in the construction of free trade zone,and ana⁃lyzes the causes of talents shortage from the aspects of production and education structure,talents training level,school running con⁃ditions,school-enterprise cooperation and so on,and puts forward the cultivating path and specific measures of compound,techni⁃cal and skilled talents in free trade zone.
