“三全育人”视角下高职院校毕业实践环节存在问题及改进策略

摘　　要：毕业实践作为高职全过程育人的重要环节,存在着指导教师指导能力和投入精力不足、学生重视程度不够、教学管理缺乏执行力与先进性、缺少高职特色与专业特色、顶岗实习环节与毕业实践结合不够紧密等问题。针对这些问题,提出提升教师技术技能及毕业实践指导能力、探索企业教师深度参与毕业实践指导与管理策略、完善毕业实践环节教学管理、突出毕业实践高职特色与专业特色、实现毕业实践考核方式多元化的改进策略。Graduation practice is an important part of the whole process of higher vocational education,and there are problems in it like:insufficient guidance ability and devoted energy of the instructors,insufficient attention from students,lack of effective and ad⁃vanced teaching management,lack of higher vocational and professional characteristics,estranged combination between post prac⁃tice and graduation practice and other issues.This article has put forward improvement strategies for the above problems:improving teachers'technical skills and graduation practice guidance ability,exploring the enterprise teachers'deep participation in graduation practice guidance and management,perfecting the teaching management of graduation practice,highlighting the characteristics of higher vocational and professional graduation practice,and realizing the diversification of graduation practice assessment methods.
