摘  要:针对目前飞行员操纵舒适性难以定量描述的问题,构建飞行员上肢6自由度模型,利用惯性测量单元(IMU)测量飞行员动态操纵过程中的姿势数据,求取位移、速度、加速度,结合生物力学参数,采用旋量形式的Kane方程求出关节力矩,建立了飞行员的操纵舒适性定量评价模型。模拟典型的武器发射作战任务,在4种控制装置的布局设计方案中,平均舒适性得分为0. 461、0. 554、0. 466、0. 539,方案2的操纵舒适性水平最高,证明了模型和方法的可行性。为驾驶舱的优化布局和操纵工效的评估提供参考依据。It is difficult to quantitatively describe the dynamic manipulation comfort for the pilot at present.First,a 6 Degree Of Freedom(DOF)model of the pilot’s upper limb was constructed.The posture data were then measured using the inertial measurement unit(IMU)during the dynamic manipulation process of the pilot.Three parameters,including displacement,velocity and acceleration,were obtained.Finally,based on the biomechanical parameters,the joint torque was solved by screw theory Kane equation.Manipulation comfort evaluation model based on the joint torque was constructed.Typical weapons launch combat mission was simulated,among the layout of the four control devices,the average comfort scores were 0.461,0.554,0.466,and 0.539,the manipulation comfort level of plan 2 was the highest.The feasibility of this model and method was proved.It provides a reference for the evaluation of optimal cockpit layout and maneuverability.
