摘　　要：党的十八届四中全会以来,如何培养符合新时代需求的法律人才成为摆在政法院校面前的一道"必答题"。华东政法大学不断更新法律人才培养观念和模式,坚持复合型、实践型、国际化的培养导向。以通识教育、理想信念教育为基础,以系统的法治思维和宽厚的商、管知识为教学内容,注重"高校-实务部门联合培养"机制探索,提高实践教学比重,加强品牌项目建设,做强国际法律交流与合作,秉持国际化引领的师资建设方向,培养具备一流国际化实务能力人才。Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Communist Party of China Central Committee,how to cultivate legal talents that meets the needs of the New Era has become an urgent question to be answered by domestic universities and colleges of political science and law.Adhering to the cultivation orientation of compound,practical and international legal talent,East China University of Political Science and Law constantly updates the concept and model of legal talent cultivation,the university emphasizes the education based on general college education and ideals and beliefs,with systematic legal thinking and broad business and management knowledge as the teaching content.The university also pays attention to the cooperation mechanism of the university and law enforcement departments.By increasing the proportion of practical teaching,strengthening brand project construction,strengthening international legal exchanges and cooperation,and adhering to the direction of international teacher construction,East China University of Political Science and Law is committed to cultivating talents with first-class international practice capabilities.
