摘 要:文章研究了干湿态尼龙66(PA 66)的高速拉伸行为,探讨了水分子对PA 66高速力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,干湿态PA 66的高速拉伸强度均随着应变速率的增加而提高,但是断裂延伸率呈现相反趋势。PA 66吸水后拉伸强度下降,但断裂延伸率增加,且湿态PA 66在低应变速率和高应变速率下的拉伸行为不同,在0.1 s^-1和1 s^-1的应变速率下出现明显的"颈缩"现象。干态PA 66的断裂面垂直于拉伸方向,而湿态PA 66的断裂面与拉伸方向约呈45°。The high speed tensile behavior of dry and wet state of nylon 66(PA 66)is studied in this paper,and the effect of water on the mechanical properties under high speed is discussed.The results show that the high speed tensile strength increases with the increasing of strain rate while the elongation at break shows the reverse trend.The tensile strength decreases and the elongation increases after water absorption,and the tensile behavior of wet state of PA 66 is different at low and high strain rate,the"necking"behavior is observed obviously at 0.1 s^-1 and 1 s^-1 strain rate.The fracture surface of dry state of PA 66 is perpendicular to the tensile direction,while that of wet state of PA 66 is about 45°from the tensile direction.
