摘 要:高校劳动教育融入创新创业教育是新时代创新型人才培养的要求,是实现劳动创新的重要举措。劳动教育有助于增强创新创业教育的普适性、实效性。在实践中,高校劳动教育融入创新创业教育出现认识淡化、社会协调机制僵化、实施过程虚化、课程设置固化、劳动价值的影响弱化等问题。拟从培养创新精神、创业意识,完善创新人才培养方案、创新创业+劳动课程设置,通过创新创业实践、搭建劳动教育与创新创业融合平台、加强培育双师型教师队伍等实践路径来推动多方协同形成合力,提高对学生创新劳动的指导力,提升学生实践能力和全面发展的内生动力,激发劳动创造力,使人才培养更具活力。Integrating the labor education into the innovation and entrepreneurship education is the requirement of cultivating creative talents in new era and the critical measure to achieve the laboring creative.By promoting labor education,it will enhance the universality and effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education.When labor education being integrated into the innovation and entrepreneurship education,some problems emerge in practice,like downplaying the combination,ossifying the society moderate mechanism,dematerialization of implementation process,immobilizing of curriculum setting and weakening the influence of labor value.This article will illustrate the integration mechanisms in these aspects:cultivating the innovation spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness of students,enhance the talents cultivating program,improve the curriculum setting of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,applying innovation and entrepreneurship practice to establish the integral platform,and to cultivate“double-qualified”teacher.These practical methods will promote more collaboration to improve the guidance of innovative labor to students,better their practical ability and motivation of comprehensive development.In addition,it will motivate the labor creativity and make talent cultivation more vigorous and energetic.
