摘  要:以慈竹为原料生产的溶解浆引入固定化纤维素酶处理后,在降低粘度的同时,实现了纤维素酶的重复利用。研究表明,以戊二醛为交联剂,纤维素酶与海藻酸钠形成的固定化酶在反应pH为5.5以及反应温度为50℃时其酶活最强。在该反应体系条件下,相对绝干浆4u/g的固定化酶酶用量与慈竹溶解浆反应,其粘度可由19.61降至13.77mPa·s,同时该固定化酶可以重复利用3次,采用将酶固定化的方法可以降低酶反应的成本。After the dissolving pulp produced from Neosinocalamus Affinis as raw material was treated with immobilized cellulase,the viscosity was reduced and the cellulase was reused.The results showed that the immobilized enzyme formed by cellulase and sodium alginate with glutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent had the strongest enzyme activity when the reaction pH was 5.5 and the reaction temperature was 50℃.In the reaction system,the amount of immobilized enzyme enzyme relative to the absolute dry pulp of 4 u/g reacts with the dissolving pulp of Neosinocalamus Affinis,and its viscosity can be reduced from 19.61 MPa·s to 13.77 MPa·s,and the immobilized enzyme can be reused 3 times.The method of immobilizing enzyme can reduce the cost of enzyme reaction.
