摘　　要：弓形虫是一种引起人畜共患疾病的重要病原体,世界上约三分之一人口被感染,可引发致命的弓形虫脑炎、心肌炎、肺炎或先天性弓形虫病。在《感染与免疫》教学中以“弓形虫感染与免疫”为重点,采用理论结合实践、科研成果融入课堂、问题导向式教学(PBL)等多元化教学模式,培养研究生自主学习能力及科研意识。Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii)is a significant zoonotic pathogen that estimated to infect one-third of the world′s human population,which can cause fatal toxoplasmatic encephalitis,myocarditis,pneumonitis or congenital toxoplasmosis.To cultivate graduate students′self-learning ability and scientific research consciousness,we adopt basis of diversified teaching modes such as theory with practice,scientific research achievements integrating into classroom and problem-based learning in teaching of Infection and Immunity,focusing on"T.gondii Infection and Immunity".
