摘　　要：以高校思政育人为研究视角,就校园文化建设助推高校思政育人方面存在的问题进行分析,提出要挖掘地方特色文化、创新文化育人方式;整合校内外资源、拓展思政育人平台;突出思政育人导向、夯实校园文化价值;以丰富的校园活动为载体、发挥学生的主体作用等改进措施,以便于提升高校思政育人成效。Using ideological and political education in colleges as reaserch perspective,it analyzed the existing problems in promoting ideological and political education in colleges and universities by the construction of campus culture,and proposed to excavate local characteristic culture and innovate cultural education methods,integrate resources inside and outside the school,expand the platform of ideological and political education,highlight the guidence role of ideological and political education,strengthen the cultural value,take advantage of the abundant campus activities as medium,reflect student’s dominant role as the improvement measures,which in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges.
