摘　　要：分析当前高职院校校企合作存在的问题,阐述了在“1+X”证书制度下对校企融合人才培养模式改革的路径与措施。实践证明,所提出的改革方案能有效促进校企的深度合作,有利于培养社会需求的复合型人才。This paper analyzes the current problems in the cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges,and expounds the path and measures for the reform of the school-enterprise fusion talent training model under the"1+X"certification system.Practice has proved that the proposed reform plan can effectively promote in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises.The path and measures are conducive to the cultivation of compound talents with social needs.
