摘 要:对广西中学信息技术教师职业认同现状的调查研究发现:(1)中学信息技术教师职业认同总体处于中等略偏上水平,还有较大提升空间;(2)男女信息技术教师在职业认同水平上存在显著差异,男教师的职业认同水平高于女教师;(3)不同教龄信息技术教师职业认同水平存在波动;(4)不同收入水平的信息技术教师职业认同存在显著差异,收入水平与职业认同度正相关。为此提出:(1)优化信息技术教师的工作环境、降低工作强度;(2)信息技术教师规划好学科及团队的发展路径;(3)政策性落实信息技术教师的福利待遇;(4)加强农村学校资源配备及信息技术教师队伍建设。Based on the investigation of the status of IT teachers'professional identity of Guangxi middle schools,the findings are as follows:(1)the professional identity of IT teachers in middle schools is slightly above the average level,and there is still more room for improvement;(2)there are significant differences between male and female information technology teachers in their professional identity level,and the level of male teachers'professional identity is higher than that of female teachers;(4)there are significant differences in IT teachers'professional identity among different income levels,and the income level is positively correlated with their professional identity.To this end,it is proposed to optimize the working environment of IT teachers,reduce the intensity of work.IT teachers should plan well the development path of subjects and teams,and the state should implement the welfare treatment of IT teachers in policy and strengthen the allocation of resources and the construction of information technology teachers in rural schools.
