摘 要:家校协同育人是通过参与主体理念融合、优势组合、资源整合,形成新的目标共同体、协作共同体、资源共同体和利益共同体,全面提升育人水平和育人质量的教育实践过程。克服传统学校教育自我封闭状态,构建家庭教育与学校资源教育的"旋转门",实现家校教育体系现代化、资源数字化、传输网络化、功能一体化,形成目标同向、施教同心、资源同聚、成果同享的家校协同育人新格局。建立和完善公益性家庭教育指导服务体系,探索制定家校协同育人评价指标体系,推进协同育人理论与实践向纵深发展。Home-school collaborative education is an educational practice process that forms a new target community,a cooperative community,a resource community and an interests community through the integration of the main ideas,the combination of advantages and the integration of resources,so as to improve the level and quality of education in an allround way.We need to overcome the self-closed state of traditional school education,construct the“revolving door”of family education and school education,so as to realize the modernization of home-school education system,the digitization of resources,the transmission network and the integration of functions,and finally form a new pattern of home-school collaborative education with the common goal,the common teaching,the shared resources and the shared achievements.In addition,we should establish and perfect the guiding service system of public welfare family education,explore and formulate the evaluation index system of home-school collaborative education,and promote the in-depth development of collaborative education theory and practice.
