摘　　要：刚挠结合印制板在制作过程中由于其板材料不耐碱性攻击,多层压合的挠性板在过孔制作时纯胶层咬蚀不良一直是一个技术难点,文章主要讲一种产品设计制作时,过孔制作的优化解决方案。Due to resistance to alkaline attack of flex material in the production process,multi-layer flex board in the over-hole production has been a technical difficulty.This article mainly speaks of a product design production,through hole production optimization solution.
