摘  要:针对国内外19所高校的调查研究显示,目前高校工程训练中心呈现"四个相结合"协调发展态势,即工程训练与前沿科技进展相结合、软件与硬件建设相结合、综合实践与创新活动相结合、本土守正与国际化建设相结合,发展过程中存在定位不够清晰、培养功能弱化和认识尚待提高三方面问题。基于一流本科教育建设视角,高校工训中心协同发展应遵循实践性是发展根基、综合性是发展特征、创新性是发展动力、国际化是发展途径四个维度。西北工业大学工训中心近年的实践表明,明晰工训中心定位、创新青年教师培养、深化工训教学改革、重视校企协同育人、积极推进国际化进程、创新工程训练内涵等,是一流本科教育下工训中心建设实现的路径。Based on the investigation of 19 universities and colleges at home and abroad,it is found that there are"four combinations"presented in the construction of engineering training centers,namely the combination of engineering training and cutting-edge technology,the combination of software construction and hardware construction,the combination of comprehensive practice and innovation and the combination of Chinese characteristics and international construction.In development,there are three main problems existing in position,cultivation and understanding.From the perspective of the construction of first-class undergraduate education,the engineering training centers should develop on the basis of practice and innovation,and be well-round and international.Based on the construction of the engineering practice and training center in Northwestern Polytechnical University,this paper puts forward the measures to construct engineering training centers under the first-class undergraduate education,including identifying its position,innovating faculty cultivation,deepening engineering training reform,emphasizing school-corporate education,promoting the process of internationalization and updating the understanding of engineering training.
