摘 要:校园招聘中的博弈风险分析对识别招聘过程潜在风险点与提升招聘整体效益具有重要意义,其对优化招聘策略也有重要借鉴。在明确和理顺校园招聘中的博弈主体及其内在关系的基础上,经由三元组合博弈模型及博弈效益矩阵的宏观分析与微观对比,不难发现校园招聘中存在招聘整体效益损失、应聘信任识别偏差与信息利用程度受限等重大风险,进而提出细化招聘程序与提高应聘成本、加强合作引导与建立校际联盟及完善信息发布与积极教育引导等应对策略。The game risk analysis of campus recruitment plays an important role in identifying the potential risks and improving the overall benefit of recruitment,and it also contributes to the optimization of recruitment strategy.Based on determination of the game players and their mutual relationships,we make macro analyses and microscopic comparisons through the three-element combinatorial game model and game benefit matrix,and locate some significant risks in campus recruitment,such as the overall recruitment benefit loss,the recognition deviation in applicant trust,and the limits to information access.Then,we propose the following solutions:to refine the recruitment process and increase the cost for application,to improve the cooperative guidance and create the inter-university consortium,to improve the information release and provide positive education and guidance.
